LA Care Helps Offset Budget CutsL.A. Care Health Plan has graciously granted QueensCare Family Clinics over $100,000 to help offset budget cuts made a few years back to Medi-Cal dental patients. Funding has been provided through L.A. Care’s Community Health Investment Fund (CHIF), which has provided nearly $80 million in grants to strengthen the safety net, improve community and public health and expand health insurance coverage. QFC is extremely grateful to L.A. Care and looks forward to continuing this partnership.

QueensCare Family Clinics - Dental CareDental CareQueensCare Family Clinics provides low cost, high quality dental care services at five of our clinics. The dental departments provide a 'dental home' where patients can receive quality care from the same dentist at each visit which helps ease patient fears and maintains continuity of care. The equipment at QFC dental is the most advanced on the market, and includes electronic charting, and digital imaging, which significantly reduces the amount of exposure to radiation. Services that require specialized treatment are referred out. In addition, the dental team is multi-lingual which allows for a comfortable environment for our diverse clientele. Due to the increased need, regular exams are often scheduled three months in advance. Emergencies are scheduled as soon as possible.
