Guillermo Diaz, M.D.

Guillermo Diaz, originally from Brooklyn, N.Y. attended medical school at the UCLA School of Medicine. After completing his residency at Harbor – UCLA Medical Center where he focused his studies on Pediatrics, Dr. Diaz joined the faculty at QueensCare Family Clinics as the Assistant Chief Medical Officer.

Having practiced for approximately four years, Dr. Diaz’s special interests include using Health Information Technology as a tool to improve patient care. One of his favorite projects has been implementing an Electronic Health Record System in all QueensCare Family Clinics.

Dr. Diaz envisions a healthcare environment where all providers have a comprehensive picture of every patient's health status at their fingertips in order to provide the most efficient and highest quality of care possible.
