Emma Wolfe

As Project Director for QueensCare Family Clinics’ Pediatric Asthma Disease Management program, Ms. Wolfe is responsible for the general day to day operations of PADM. She supervises PADM’s Community Health Workers (CHWs), and coordinates the program’s ongoing planning, recruitment, implementation, management, budgeting, and evaluation. She has a background in management and holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the Keck School of Medicine of USC with an emphasis in Global Health Leadership and Management. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Before joining QFC, Ms. Wolfe managed a small law firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. In 2007 she completed a public health internship in India studying the public health system in a developing county.
