- PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certification in Family Practice
- California Medical License
- Bilingual-English/Spanish
- Minimum of one year of clinic experience preferred

- NURSE PRACTITIONER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing with specialization in Family Practice required
- Licensed as an Advanced Practiced Nurse by the California Board of Registered Nursing required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner required
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience preferred
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred

- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and follow through on duties to completion
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience managing a healthcare facility preferred
- Medical Assistant background preferred

- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in Benefit Administration
- Knowledge of federal and state employment/labor regulations
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and HRIS (ABRA/ADP HR solutions)
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast paced environment effectively
- Effective presenter in a group setting
- Excellent communication skills

- Licensed CA LVN
- Assist in the procurement, storage and distribution (to Patient) of medications
- Ability to read and interpret documents that are highly complex relating to medical and legal matters
- Responsible for inventory control, maintain distribution logs, qualifying patients for manufacturers indigent care programs, and other non-discretionary tasks relating to the maintenance of the dispensary
- Knowledge and ability to perform nursing procedures for which the LVN course work has provided the necessary degree of skill and judgment
- Ability to commute between work sites
