At QueensCare Family Clinics, we believe that all people, regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, or ability to pay are entitled to quality healthcare. QueensCare Family Clinics is a nonprofit community based organization that depends on the generosity of individual, government, corporate and foundation donors, to meet the cost of healthcare for the low-income uninsured residents of Los Angeles.
Your donation to QueensCare Family Clinics is tax-deductible. We will provide you with an acknowledgement of your gift for tax purposes. You may prefer to designate that your gift be used for a particular program such as those listed below. If you do not specify otherwise, the funds will be used for general operations of the clinics.

Matching Gift Programs
Many corporations have matching gift programs. Contact us to complete the paperwork so your gift can be doubled or tripled.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, possibly doubling or tripling the impact of your gift. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
How can I find out if my company has a matching gift program?
Contact your human resources department to see if your employer (or your spouse’s employer) has a matching gift program. If your employers offers a matching gift program, just request the “how to” instructions from your HR Department. Many companies’ matching gift forms are now available online. Here is a list of companies that have matching gift programs.
How to make a matching gift to QueensCare Family Clinics
Once you have verified that your employer offers a matching gift program, all you need to do is request a matching gift form from your company’s human resources department. Send your employer’s matching gift form along with your contribution to QueensCare Family Clinics. Make checks payable to QueensCare Family Clinics. Please note that your employer’s matching gift form can be sent separately from your contribution to QueensCare Family Clinics.
Planned Giving and Bequests
Bequests are an easy way to make a planned gift to QueensCare Family Clinics in your will or trust. A provision or amendment prepared by your attorney at the time you make or update these documents is all that is necessary. In addition to cash, you can bequeath securities, real estate, and other forms of personal property.
